Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Stop being thieves and lying to people. Yall sold me a lemon! I had the car for 6 months and in that time it spent 3 months in the shop for two different issues. The second time it went into the shop yall didn't even give me a loaner, yall didn't try to make things right. You said you would trade in my LEMON for another POS car that yall wanted $4000 for when it wasn't even worth $2,000.

For over 2 weeks CLINT BLAKEY failed to return my calls. I called daily and left a message with EVERY single salesperson/receptionist that answered! So when he failed to call back I told the "loan" company that my loan was transferred to I was NOT going to pay my second car note (while the car had been in the shop) and they can do whatever they wanted with the loan and the car.

Last week Clint Blakey proceeded to finally call me back and threaten and harass me stating he was not only going to pursue this via my credit but he was also going to take me to court.

Well Clint....BRING IT ON. You won't win. Now that I know the truth and that you have had multiple legal issues due to your illegal business practices and the fact you screwed me over and stole money from me when you KNEW the car was a lemon....I am one pissed off female and the one person you don't want on your bad side.

Sorry, I just had to jump in here on this one. First of all, 'yall' is not a word. Granted, it is used quite frequently in the South, but it is used incorrectly. We all know that 'yall' means you all, just we know how to say it properly.

I don't know where Dog is from, but I am happy to say I do not live in the  uneducated South. Have you even looked at average IQ by state? It may open your eyes if you do. If anyone from the South would try to apply for a job up in the North/Midwestern states and use the word "yall" "yall" "yall", they would get the standard "We will make the desicion next week." reply. --It is seen as a very uneducated word.

That being said, I'm sorry hunny, you will LOSE in court. There is no agreement with the financial institution that if the car stops working you do not have to pay for it, probably has a clause that says just the opposite.

You failed to mention anything about the type of car you bought. But I would bet it is a car that is at least 5 years old(probably closer to 10) and/or if not over 100K miles pretty close. As such there is no such thing as a "lemon" with this car, and no "lemon law" would even come close to covering you.

The only thing that would cover you is a Written Warranty, which I would bet you don't have either. Instead you bought the car "As-Is" meaning anything and everything that happens to the car is your responsibility. Nothing you signed in the loan said you only had to make payments when you could or if you had use of the car. It doesn't matter if the car is in the shop, or was sucked into another dimmension. YOU are still responsible to make the loan payments.

Of course if you do have a wrtitten warranty and they are not covering a designated repair then you may have a valid complaint, but I again would bet that this is NOT the case.

The loan is between you and the bank NOT the dealer.  If you fail to make the payments, the bank will report it to your credit, they will reposess the car and hold you responsible for any balance on the loan. They will take you to court and you will lose. The only thing that may come out of court is if you get a remotely sympathetic judge they may try to work out some payment plan between you and the bank to pay back the money you owe.

Am I Ever Impressed!

I'm impressed! A female with a garbage mouth...how impressive. You seem to not get some VERY OBVIOUS points! This is a public website and if you just can't stand it when somebody points out your very obvious incorrect statements and assumptions, don't post on a PUBLIC site! Since you just don't have the capacity to put together an intelligent point-by-point rebuttal, go ahead and use some more obscenities. I will understand!

First off you must not be from the south because YALL is a word it is YOU and ALL. So maybe you should look something up before you comment on it. As far as the rest of the crap you have to say if it has NOTHING to do with my report on them then shut your f****** mouth. This has nothing to do with you unless you work at this dealership and if you do then have the balls to say it and stop hiding behind your comment.

And by the way after dealing with this I have learned that this is what this dealership does. They are thieves and liars. They have also committed federal crimes and keep getting away with it.

So yeah people have a right to know what kind of horrible place this is!

You Don't Seem To Understand Some Fairly Obvious Things!

First, check the name of THIS website. It is NOT the dealership's website. As such, why would you write as if it was? Secondly, there's no such word as "Yall". You didn't mention you received a warranty therefore one must assume you bought this thing "As Is". Why would you think you are ENTITLED to free warranty service??? Most importantly, the loan is a separate matter. If you think you are going to cause some sort of hardship for them by not making your payments, you are way off base! Go ahead and not pay. You will be repo'ed with all the negative credit effects which comes with that. However, since you are messing around with a subprime deadbeat dealership and lender, it's a sure bet you trashed your credit BEFORE this purchase, so more negativity on your credit report won't matter. Oh, one more thing, let me save you some effort, I'll tell you ahead of time, I don't work for them.
