Bj's Wholesale Club Illegal Withdrawl Of Funds From Bank Natick, Maine
I ordered products online through bj's.com and within 15 minutes or so was notified that they had failed to get credit card authorization and that my order had been canceled..It seems their website did not recognize the 3 digit number on back of card..
The sale price for the item was disappearing the next day as this was a 2 day sale..So i contacted them and let them know the bank said nothing was wrong with card and to see if i could still purchase item when new card was sent to me,since i had already placed order and the problem with website i had nothing to do with..
They told me to go ahead and repurchase item and that they may honor sale price and i would know if they issued me a refund in 30 days..Well of course i did not do this...
I had no plans on renewing membership,but when i saw the chairs i wanted i decided to go ahead and renew along with buying the chairs..When order was canceled due to error i figured since they could not give me my chairs they also couldn't take money from same order for membership..I mean after all the card was no good for them to purchase chairs so i also should not be able to buy the membership from them with same order and same card right?
Wrong! They took money out of bank with same card just to pay for my membership but left me high n dry on the chairs...
