These spam artists have a great way of scamming people. They make you pay money to join them, which all it really happs is that you are added to their database, so that they can sell your email address to hundreds of people.
So in fact, all you are doing is paying to receive spam.
They claim it is legal to sell your email address to hundreds of other people.
My review of bizlaunchmarketing is therefore that they are major spammers and scam artists.
I never signed up to their "services" yet I received approximately 60 emails from them on a daily basis. I would block their IP, only to find email from them the next day from another IP.
They rotate IP's to try and confuse your anti-spam software.
I would not suggest you use their services. You are just paying to get your email address passed on to hundreds of other people.

The owner Michael Flores is a spammer, and doing a google on him, you can see he has been in trouble for spamming for nealy 10 years now.
Michael Flores should be reported to spamhaus.

It's obvious you feel they wronged you in some way besides the spamming because you call him a scammer.
I am thinking of using his services, can you please elaborate on how he scammed you?
What services did you sign up for? What were your expectations and how did he not deliver on them?
Anything right about now would be of help to me in making my decision but just claiming he is a scammer doesn't help me much.
