WalMart / Bissell Vacuums Bags? There's NO SUCH THING! What a rip off
I purchased a Bissell 'lift-off' vacuum from Walmart almost two years ago. Since my purchase I have only ONCE been able to buy the vacuum bags at WalMart (bissell type 4).
I have called around to every WalMart store in the area to find not one of them carries this bag.
They carry the belts and the filters, but no bags. I have called Bissell four times in an effort to locate these bags for my two hundred dollar vacuum.
The Bissell 'help' line sent me on a goose chase -- they don't know who carries these bags either -- to Target, WalMart (even after I told them), and several other department stores I've never been to.
I finally have located them at Sears for more than twelve dollars for a pair of bags! What a ripoff! I go through at least one bag every two weeks!
