They double teamed me. Must have seen me coming. If I have any trouble with the mattress they sold me I have to contact the manufacturer whose located in another state! This thing is so hard it's painful. If feels nothing like the display model. The box spring is so heavy it's hazardous. Both items came from Illinois. Biltrite is about as local as JCPenney. I didn't realize this store had so many negative reviews on YELP until I went back and double checked. YELP hides negative reviews like Trip Advisor does. That's very deceptive. Biltrite offers no comfort guarantee, no returns, no exchanges. No go back ever again. Biltrite, DON'T SHOP ALONE.
