Mr. Billy Blackman, Electrician
I am filing this report for a co-worker, Lydia Collins, who does not have access to a computer. Mr. Blackman claims to be a commercial electrician & contractor. Ms. Collins hired him to do the wiring for a building she is renovating so she can open up a seafood restaurant. Mr. Blackman has had her future business pending for the last 8 months. She made an $800.00 down payment with the balance to be paid upon completion. He has destroyed property, and some of the exisiting electrical equipment is missing (signs, lights, etc).
Ms. Collins has left numerous phone messages for Mr. Blackman. Now the phone number he gave her does not work. She has even gone to his residence and he is never there. She is a single woman trying to make an honest living with a dream of owning her own business. She doesn't know who to turn to for help and I had heard that you help people either get the work done properly or get her money and equipment back. She really needs your help!
