I'm glad we were able to get this resolved for you. As we discussed, I'm sorry the wall rack didn't have the hanging hardware. the day after i file this above report, the owner who posted a reply last time called me and offered a refund of the items that were missing or unacceptable, i received the check 10 days later. Thanks rip off report ! and i am glad that your report got read by the management of billiard ex and they responded and resolved this 3 month old issue. I hope MS violeta got a follow up training as customer service.
