To make a LONG story short, Bill Heard's ad in the paper was false. (June 2002) We went there ONLY because we thought we would be financed despite our credit. WRONG! We were treated very "low class." My husband stated that we would have been financed if we had been black. VERY TRUE! The sales person then called us racists!!

We walked out of the building and before we could get to our vehicle, we were stopped by management at the new car showroom. When they found out what had happened they "ACTED" concerned.

The next thing that we knew, we were "approved" for TWO new vehicles. Then the NIGHTMARE began. The paperwork was always wrong, I made a minimum of FIVE trips to literally resign paperwork over the next several weeks. And, in the middle of this, the down payment check that the sales person Omar Akbar said he would hold for 30 days so I could transfer money, immediately gave the check to Finance to be deposited. It was deposited the NEXT day. Needless to say, numerous checks bounced. (I am a police officer, I CAN NOT bounce checks! AND, one of the check was written to my EMPLOYER!!!) I was FURIOUS!!! When confronted Mr. Akbar blamed Finance. They blamed him. I was told that I would be reimbursed for all the check charges (totaling $170.00). NEVER happened as of today.

And, this is after NUMEROUS phone calls and faxes. A month later, they called and said we had to pay our first months payments to the dealership instead of the dealership!! This was NOT in my contract.

Then I was told that I did not have to pay this due to all the trouble I had with the paperwork. Well, now, at the end of October, I receive a certified letter saying they will put a lein on my vehicles. NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK!!!!!!

I have tried for MONTHS to resolve all these issues. They obviously don't care. One of my vehicles is at home with MAJOR engine problems, but I refuse to take it to Bill Heard, I will go somewhere else. People, DON'T BUY FROM THEM! I have several friends who have had also had MAJOR problems!!! I AM DISGUSTED!!!!!!I am not through with them. They owe me.
