Bill Heard Chevrolet Tricked me in finance dept. as well. Las Vegas Nevada
Since my dealings with Bill Heard, I've heard from a handful of people that have had bad experiences. I financed a used car from them a few years ago. It was my first car purchase. After I was home with the car, they later called telling me they couldn't find a finance company for me (I had average-good credit so this didn't make sense) and that I might have to return the car. Then later, they called and told me they found someone to finance me at a cheaper rate. Probably because they took off my Gap insurance without even telling me and I didn't notice when I signed the paperwork. In addition, the sales rep I dealt with was a sleazebag and had a mentally ill girlfriend that was literally stalking him at work. She saw me with him and actually followed me from the dealership. She also got ahold of my number and made harassing phone calls. I think he ended up being fired, thank God for small favors.
