Quit calling. Hopefully you didn't buy a car from these people. If you didn't, congratulations. There are thouands of Chevrolet dealers in North America. We have several good ones in our area. Trading in a car -unless you are way upside down - is not the best way to maximize the sale price. A dealer does not consult the "blue book" or "black book" or any other color book. He gives you -at the most - what he can buy an identical car at auction for. He then consults the book and sells it at retail. This is how he continues to operate. Buy at wholesale - sell at retail. Sound familiar? That is also how the grocery store and everybody else's store operates. He might pay more for a restored classic he can't get at auction or a car that he has a buyer waiting for but for the average vehicle "wholesale blue book" is a pipe dream. Sell your car privately.

Had you bothered to come to this site BEFORE you went car shopping, you would have seen that Bill Heard Chevrolet is listed as the WORSE car dealer in America. If fact, he is listed boldly on the front page of this site. I'll bet you STILL haven't see that, right ??? Do your research.
