BIGREDWIRE.COM IS TOTALLY SUCK!!! DON'T REGISTER!!! THEY NEVER REFUND AND MAY CHARGE YOU EXTRA CHARGES ANYTIME THEY LIKE!!!

I joined this f_cking company 2 years ago! When I joined this company, the name was "NORTHGATE". My boyfriend opend 2-3 accounts which under "NORTHGATE". At that time,we had to pay for the deposit (I forget how much it was), after we used all this deposit, they'll charge our credit card again. They do keep the "minimum" deposit all the times. This was okie for us, because they provide unlimited calls at that time. What is unlimited calls? It means everytime we only pay for certain amount, then we can talk more than 24 hours (as long as you can keep your line connect). But if your line suddenly disconnect, then you have to pay certain amount and start over again. It is much much cheaper than the "ZAP CALL" which provided by "BIGREDWIRE". Later on, my boyfriend canceled one of the account through "NORTHGATE" successfully (I mean he got the REFUND).

According to the conditions and terms from "NORTHGATE", if we want to have refund, we MUST do it after one year we registered them.

As I remember after one year, "BIGREDWIRE" tookover "NORTHGATE". But after "BIGREDWIRE" tookover "NORTHGATE", their rate became very very EXPENSIVE (even they provide the ZAP CALL SERVICE) and the quality is very very WORST. So, we stopped to use it but we didn't send them any cancellation notice. Until Feburary 2001, we remember we still have some accounts in "BIGREDWIRE", so we decide to cancel all of the accounts.

We sent them e-mails, they said that we had to wait because they were going to check the balance (WE REMEMBER THEY MUST REFUND US USD2XX.XX) and only confirmed us our accounts cancelled after few e-mails sent. Okie, we wait until NOW (8 Jun 01), almost 1/2 year!!! We still cannot receive any refund!!!

What a good company??? I sent them e-mail again and ask how's going?! They replied me that their company has a lot of problems with the "NORTHGATE" accounts. That's why they cannot refund to us. Don't you think this is the poorest excuse in the world? If they really have a lot of problems, I'm wondering why can charge us WITHOUT ANY DELAY all the times?! They tookover the company for a long time, how come still cannot solve the problems. Don't you thick this is a "business-trap"?

We feel very upset and it is very very hard for me to complian this company due to I live in Hong Kong!!! There is no company address, telephone no. in the web-site. We cannot find them and ask about it. USD2xx.xx is a large amount!!! We must get it back!!!

Anybody can help or provide information to us?!!!
