Complaint Review: Bighitters - Saturn Communications - Intervestments - San Diego California

If you are thinking about doing business with Big Hitters (a.k.a. Intervestments A.K.A. Saturn Communications) please read the following very carefully. This is intended for you to make an informed decision about the above company and its owner Leon Segal.

I was a client of Saturn Communication from October 1997 through July 2004. Saturn Communications was purchased by Big Hitters (Interinvestments) in August 2004 and also still goes by the name Saturn Communications.

I purchased pay per call numbers from Saturn in October of 1997 and started generating minutes immediately. At my peak I was generating 4000-5000 minutes per month. The customer service was excellent and Saturn was there to help me every step of the way and answer my questions

As time progressed and the years passed, Saturn missed several payments to me. Saturn's customer service also became poor.

In June of 2004 I decided that I had enough. I could not continue to do business with Saturn Communications. The last few years they made a habit of missing payouts and thier customer service took a turn for the worst. My minutes were suffering because some months I never received payments for and the months they did pay they paid late with no back pay. Since my minutes were taking a hard hit I did what anyone would do. I let my advertising run out and I bailed.

Saturn Communications was nothing more than a middle man for my pay per call numbers and I decided to get my new numbers directly from the source that they got my numbers through.

In August 2004 Big Hitters (Interinvestments) owned by Mr. Leon Segal purchased Saturn Communications. Please keep in mind I started a business relationship well before Mr. Segal purchased Saturn Communications.

In August when Mr. Segal purchased Saturn Communications my advertising had ran out. The minutes I was generating were my risidual. I had over 700 risidual minutes for this month. Mr Segal confirmed that himeself as well as a customer service rep I spoke to near the end of august

When Mr. Segal found out I had an account with full spectrum he told me he was keeping my money and that he was going to have fun spending it. He also became verbally abusive and told me I was a dumb f*ck.

The bottom line... Mr. Segal got mad because he was not the middle man and was not making any money off my numbers I had.

I started a business relationship and didnt renew my advertising well before he purchased Saturn Communications. So why he is mad and refuses to pay me for my revenue I dont know.

If anyone would take the time and dig around on the internet you will find out other horror stories people have had with this company.

I posted on another web site about how I got screwed from this company. I got an email from Mr. Segal that said I should try doing positive business with his company. I have tried and gotten no where. He asks me to do positive business with his company but yet he fails to do honest business with me by paying me what I am owed. He owes me over $700.

I have all the emails from Mr. Segal refusing to pay me because of the simple fact I have an account. According to him, I did him dirty but he does not understand the fact I went to full spectrum before he purchased Saturn Communications not after. I would be happy to show these emails to anyone if you just ask.

In closing I would like to mention that bighitters has a link on thier web site to see thier Better Business Bureau report. However...Bighitters is not a member of the BBB and according to the BBB web site they have asked bighitters to discontinue referencing the Better Business Bureau in their advertisements and the company has refused.

Not only is Bighitters also known as Intervestments and Saturn Communications, Mr Leon Segal also owns a couple other company's known as webwisecards.com and guaranteedclicks.com. I would be aware of doing business with any company he owns. Just read the other 2 reports here on ripoffreport.com about his company bighitters.

If Mr. Segal would clear up the matter of the money he owes me I will gladly follow up to this report.
