Sir, I joined bigguppy.com in July of 1999. I returned all of their information on November 15, 1999 and requested that they refund my $324.70. I did not even get the courtesy to receive an answer from them. Once I joined, I could not get any satisfactory information and the program was not going to work for me. If you could help me get my money back, I sure would appreciate it. This is an MLM Marketing company.

One of my associates pointed this page out to me. How do we get this removed? It appears that a Ms. Shirley Hansford submitted a complaint to you regarding our company bigguppy.com, Inc. In the complaint she says she signed up as a representative with our company in July and she decided to cancel in November.At that time she was cancelled from the system.
Our policy was 100% "No questions asked" money back guarantee if an individual cancels within 30 days. Clearly between November and July there are more than 30 days.
We have always ran an honest, moral and legal enterprise. I would like to think that the reports about us were the same.
