If the item is misdescribed or does not appear to be as described, we will issue the customer a 100% refund. In the case of John, he recieved an appraisal from the local jewelry owners, who in fact, don't have any certifications, told him it's worth $200. John was charged a 15% restocking fee for the return of the item because he had no ligitimate reason and proof of his version of the facts.
