Bidz.com rip-off uses cheap jewels and puts about 50x markup on a price deceptive company Culver City California
I think bidz is a deceptive company. I had bought a dimond cross from them and was very unhappy. This cross was said to have a buy now price get ready for this 5000 dollors. So i picked up the item.
Once i got the item i toke it to a few local jewelary stores and was told it was worth 100 to mabye 200 dollors. So i sent it back and they charge me 60 dollors to restock the item. I dont think it is right on how they can say something is worth 5000 dollors when it is only worth 100 dollors.
SO I called up and asked them why they would do such a think they told me it realy dosnt matter how much we say it is and stop waisting our time. I think bidz.com Is a liers and should be brought to justice.

In this case, John bought a diamond cross from us for $400 which is 93% below manufacturer's suggested retail price which the item is tagged with at the factory. All of our jewelry items are appraised by Certified GIA specialists with high qualifications in the Jewelry Industry. We stand behind our products 100%. If the item is misdescribed or does not appear to be as described, we will issue the customer a 100% refund. In the case of John, he recieved an appraisal from the local jewelry owners, who in fact, don't have any certifications, told him it's worth $200. John was charged a 15% restocking fee for the return of the item because he had no ligitimate reason and proof of his version of the facts.
