In May of 2018 I took a residential mortgage application from Carlos Cuchet and I3 Lending. My loan officer Mr. Cuchet promised me that he could help fix my poor credit and get my score up so that I could qualify for and FHA loan. He stated that I3 Lending was an approved lender with FHA and that would help save time and money. This turned out to be one of his many lies. He informed me to payoff certain credit cards and existing collections so me and my husband credit score could rise.
We are a young couple starting out in life. Our student loans and current level of employment have us on a tight budget. However, Mr. Cuchet assured me and my realtor that the purchased would go through if we paid off certain items and collections. So, me and my husband paid everything off within two after borrowing money from my husband’s mother. Who is living with cancer right now but really wanted to help us.
Me and my husband took the advice of Mr. Cuchet and I3 Lending and paid everything off within the two-week period that they needed it completed. Mr. Cuchet assured me that it would reflect on our credit report the following month. Me and my husband patiently waited for the July 3 closing. During the time we were in constant contact with the processor from I3 lending who spoke very little English and, was almost impossible to get in touch with. And, when the processor was available they were rude and made us feel like we were stupid. We pleaded with Mr. Cuchet to please have us send him the documentation, and then he could in turn; he could deal directly with the processor. He informed me he was too busy to handle any paper work and we would have to deal with the processors from India. After viewing his facebook page you can see how busy this man is. All he is doing is partying and having a good time while I am trying to better my life.
After 8 weeks of obtaining I3 Lending and Mr. Cuchet all the information needed they denied the loan. They stated that the reason for the denial was because we did not qualify based on our debt ratios. I agued with him and I3 that we paid off all the debt and collection they request and why is this a problem. They stated they had sent it to 4 different lenders and none of them would approve of the deal. When speaking to Mr. Cuchet in the beginning he stated that they were a lender and could get these loans done that no others could do. I then proceeded to call FHA and they stated that there was no I3 Lending approved with them, nor any application to be come approved. After all that, we had to hire an attorney to get our deposit back.
We have since gone with a new lender, a true FHA lender and have closed our loan within three weeks after application. This lender walked us through the application process online and the processor spoke English so getting all the paper work completed was super simple and easy.
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE of these scam artists. After doing a simple search I figured out the Mr. Cuchet is a convicted felon and wife beater. I3 lender is operates out of India and there is nobody every available to help when things are needed. Save yourself the pain, money and time and stay away from these criminals. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THEN CRIMINALS

NOT TRUE FALSE! Slander!
First I would like to start with the fact the author has not listed an address or an FHA case#. A case # is issued when the process begins with an FHA loan. There would never be a loan to close without a FHA case#. What is the case #? Who is the realtor? What was the address of this so called property? Who is the attorney? How did you get things fixed? Secondly,I work in Miami, FL and I have not worked with anyone in Orlando in over 2 years. For poor credit it takes a long time to get fixed, two months and then your approved???? Not realistic. Where is the approval letter? No loan in FHA standard cannot move to even processing with the correct ratios. You cannot even do an appraisal as it wouldnt even be pre approved. I3 is a great company and they have been incredible to work for, they are ethical and have integrity. My branch is located in the U.S., I dont know what this person is talking about. My personal processor is located in the U.S., which can be proved, really confused.
I would like to state that I have never been convicted of any crime and I am absolutely not a convicted felon. Look it up. I am absolutely uphalled this has been written to slander my name. Someone else has my identical name and it cannot be me because I was about 4 years old when that person was first convicted. False! I also am not a credit repair specialist and would claim I am . I have been in the business for 6 years and I have never had a complaint of any type and my integrity is everything. All false, and hurtful.
I have recently worked for a company that has committed fraud by stealing my commission, Obsidian Financial with the fake "Marketing Manager" actual Owner Raymond Moatz aka Ray Moatz aka Raymond L Moatz who handles commission and money not marketing. I recovered a portion of it recently when the state regulators got involved,when he said they paid me and didnt , it took 4 months and would not have been paid if I didnt fight. Public record shows in Miami that they owed me money and finally admitted they owed me but not the right amount about a month ago i recovered and I beat them, and never paid for over 4 months.I lost butthey openly admitted they owed me alook it up. They are going around hiring employees and stealing commissions and then not paying them. He does this because there is no real way to fight this only in court and sue. So he hides behind this because for a contracted employee there is no way to fight other than court and this costs someone ,who lost their money. Most move on because it takes money to pay a lawyer.
I didnt stop and fought him in the incorrect court but was able to recover a third of it,This is his form of revenge. He posted similar stories on a former employee currently in a law suit. Almost all posted at the same time. In a recent email, sent to state regulators in Florida, Ray Moatz made the same exact slandering comments made on this post.l, I informed the state regulators. So you may see this person is being vindictive and is disgusting enough to drag me down with him. Please look him up and you will see this is true.
This story is false and just an attack on my character to smear my name. Please look up Obsidian Financial they are being investigated by Florida. Also has 8 other complaints of him taking money from honest people trying to provide for their families, while he lives a lavish lifestyle and drives drunk like his record shows, putting lives in danger. He is as bad as any Ponzi schemer luring Loan officers with high payouts and then taking their money to pay his shortcomings and lawyers retainers. Look up 1st Conitnental mortgage EMBEZZLEMENT. He was the owner and didnt know about the crimes?? Cease and desist orders and a ton of liens and lawsuits, he should not be handling commission or any bank accounts. How is this NOT a priority. Someone has to get him so his house of cards finally falls.
Please see through the smoke....this is a FARCE. I will be contacting rip off report to challenge in the meantime as there is no evidence and once they see this, it will be removed.....
