Complaint Review: Betty Gutierrez Lowell Meyer And Wendy Meyer Use The Icon Talent Agency And Pacific Management & Ma - Placentia, California

Our Betty is in custody at the jail in Santa Ana, California awaiting sentencing which has been postponed until January 2012.   We can attend the sentencing hearing and testify to the court why she should get put in jail!  Once sentenced, she will head to Fresno!!!

We might go visit her in Orange County just to see her face!!!

I filed a lawsuit against Betty Gutierrez and won and have a judgement against her. I'm confident if called into court I will win again!

Either the people reporting on this site need to obtian legal advice and file a lawsuit or be done with deafamtory statements that are not backed with any type of factual information, witness names, or what we call evidence in the legal forum. Instead of a site that allows people to actually list real problems this site has hide behind the federal law even trying to scare people away from suing it. What it fails to understand is, this site puts itself out as exactly the type of change that was supposdly needed to keep companies in toe, yet simultaneously tells people to not sue it as if it is above the law. The law changes over time, precident changes. Now to the comments made about me. They are completly false and yet they will fail to take them down and so I as an attorney ask myself is it worth it to challenge them and this defamtory publishing and dissemation of false information. For me alone it would probabably not be worth it but for the many other companies, it may be worth have the court look at this issue once again. It is true that they may think they are helping people and they may be, but for every person helped how many do they destroy and then to say they are untouchable is just as bad as the type of corporate greed that created the need for sites such as this. They may not even post this, which would be amazing given they post everything esle without checking it out. But the above report describes behaviors that are completly false and inaccurate and that is a loss to the public at large not only for them but for so many other companies who only try to do good but have these people who are like the disgruntled postman who would do anything and say anything to get REVENGE....

I am the "friend of" a victim that Betty Gutierrez has recently ripped off. To this day, Betty still is dragging her feet and still promising monies every week to my friend, but has NOT come through on any of her promises made to return the money she has taken. Betty continuously lies and constantly leads my friend on, week after week, saying she'll give her some of the money back, but always comes up with an excuse. My friend is very interested in pursuing this and to have Betty pay for the damage that has been done to my friend and her family by blantingly taking all pf my friends money, leaving my friend with nothing to fall back on. I have several witnesses, and sworn statements that Betty Gutierrez and Lowell Meyer are involved in a scam operation. This must stop. If anyone out there wants to enter into litigation, I will be happy to provide any and all of the information I have, and have access to all of the witnesses. I have all records from the Orange County recorder's office that link Betty and Lowell (et. al) together. There is one victim that I can produce that will tie the whole thing together. I have been waiting patiently to go after Betty and Lowell. This may just be the time. I have access to all media and political venues, and also to the Board of Realtors. I have done my homework. Betty has scammed a friend of mine to the amount of 50,000 dollars and has bought a new car for her daughter and has had luxurious parties yet claims she has no money on an property investment that was made earlier this year. Betty offers to give money but when it comes down to it, She makes up a lie as to why she cant make a withdraw that day and puts her off day after day. Betty uses a broker thats in on the scam as well. But for the most part, Betty does all the damage. She says she has good news for my friend 99% of the time per numerous phone conversations, then comes up empty handed 100% of the time. I have also learned that Betty has ripped-off a few of her family members as well. None of which have spoken up due to family embarressment.
