These people falsely send people emails saying that they will become rich etc etc if they purchase their lucky products.
If you put a search into google you will find many people who also complain about them.
See one example of 2 letters about a certain date - see the different times, but supposedly only once in 60 years is this "lucky" time to happen. Note the two different times and dates.
