Complaint Review: Bethea Jenner - my Healthwealthandhappiness.com - Milford Connecticut

I have been receiving emails from bethea jenner for a while now but never responded to her products that she said was going to change my life and since then i guess i thought id give it a go and see how it goes. I was going through some financial hardship during this time and i guess i thought id give it a go. I replyed to her email and gave c/c details to her for an order for the miraculous chi rho cross.

I understood that it was a one off payment of 41.90 us dollar which in australian dollars that is 64.06.

I received the braclet and the cross about 2 weeks after i ordered but then i noticed emails telling me another shipment was coming out to me and they were going to charge my c/c a furthur 41.90 us dollars and the shipment was on its way. There is a box you can click on to leave any comments or questions and i replyed to her saying i only wanted 1 order of it not 2. No reply i recived it 2 weeks after that and at the time it was a friends birthday so i thought what the heck il give it to her. So then i get another email a month after saying the same thing. Again i replyed saying i dont want it and i must say i was very mad and my email was written quite seriously that if she continued to send me these products and charge my card i was goin got take it furthur. I receved an email with an appology from her and that it would stop and if i sent it back i could get a refund. well of course i let it go because of the fact i gave it to a friend so i relaxed to know it was cancelled and no more charges were going to go through or any orders were no longer going to come out to me.

A month later the same thing happened and my card got charged again then a week later i received a box and a diffrent cross was in there. Very confused i know i did not order this product so i messaged her again. No response of course. Since then i have recieved a furthur 5 orders all have been charged onto my c/c and i have sent these back and still nothing.

Out of anger and worry i have looked up the website on the internet and came across fraud comments and sights that state she is taking money out of other peoples credit card and was given this site to put in a complaint to get my money back. so here i am!

I can Honestly say that i have worked out 5x64.06 dollars is equal to 576.30 is owed back to me and i want it. That is alot of money to me and it is my credit card which i only really use for bills or emergencys so i dont use it all that often but lately this has really become a huge problem. I will have to change my c/c details so this is a great inconvience to me. I have bills coming out automatically from my card and i have never had this problem before.

She takes the money out on the 16th exactly every month and im getting fed up. After reading up on this matter I will be reporting this to my bank but i dont know what will happen as want my money back!!!

i am very stressed out about this matter as im not working right now and i dont need this gliche in my life right now. How dare this woman do this to people.

The reason i have actioned now is another payment has come out agin just today and says another order is on its way. Plus when i send back the products the post office charge me to return it. So i spend more than i should when i dont even want them or asked for them and im still getting charged for it.

Yes im mad and ive had quite enough..Please do something about this is you can help me. If there is anymore info please dont hesitate to ring me or email me at any time.
