Respone I received Yesterday after filing a Post with ROR and Before I had to file a dispute with Visa : Robert, Thank you again for taking the time to speak to me today regarding your dissatisfaction of our service. As I said on the phone, I agree that if a package is deemed undeliverable because of the carrier, you should not have to wait for a refund or replacement cigars. I will be looking into this policy this week and changes will be made. As for your replacement order it went out today, completely free of charge via 2day air so youll have it by the weekend. The tracking number is 1Z19X64A0247942970. Please allow a few hours for tracking info to become available. Also, your full refund was posted to your credit card today. As I said when we spoke, this could take several days before it appears on your credit card statement.
