Best Motors Inc. Backed out on deal, would not sell me the car after i was already approved Fredericksburg Virginia
First I will start off by saying I have been looking for a nice car for 3 months. After beening online for 3 days I found a couple of cars in Virgina. On 2/20/2016 I took a 4 hours ride to see theses cars. I finally found one i loved, went in an spoke with a salesmen names "Gavin" asked how much car was, he told me $9995.00 for a 06 BMW 550, i was happy stated ok sound good, took car for test drive came back and stared the process of calling banks to buy this car. I will also say I came with $5000.00 dollors down!!!! After 3 hours there and running my credit through a few banks, I ask why are my payments so high what are you fianacing, The owner "Sayed" steped in an said the car is $11999.00, I was like what hold on I was told the car was $9995.00, how did we jump up 2000.0 dollors. Sayhed stated Gavin gave me the wrong price, I told owner thats not my problem I was told $9995.00 and that what i want to purchase the car for, you cant change the price now! Owner was upset with me and got alittle mad because I told him thats not the price Gavin your salemen gave me and you cant go changing numbers now. If i new it was 12,000.00 i would have never let you run my credit.... So now we sit there for another hour. Both Gavin and the other talk back and forth, Owner is very upset and starts to make excuses to why i can not buy the car....
Now it hasnt been inspected, now i have to wait, now he dosnt wanna sell me the car. I tell the owner Sayhed thats not right, I want to buy the car, I have been sitting here for over 3 hours I drove 4 hours to buy the car, The owner looks right at me and my husband after all the time we have spent there and Says, "Car Not For Sale" have a good day!! Are you kidding me wth,. why have i wasted all this time, why did you run my credit why did i go through all this and now you wont let me buy the car.. Real Jerks...; I called back right after I left to see what we could work out and I haved emailed them and left a message, no responce ast all.... I am truley upset and this is wrong for a company to offer you a car then they mess up on the price but it becomes my fault and now wont even sell the car. I still want to purchase this car and now my credit has been run to several banks which isnt good to keep running your credit.. Im stuck and upset.. I wanst asking for somthing for nothing I was asking for what i was told and had cash to put down on this car the car was 9995.00 i was outting down 5000.00 thats nuts...
