Andre Garand, a Manager at Nashua, NH is a complete liar and knows nothing about customer service.  I wanted to purchase an ipad2 as a loyal BB customer and wanted to price match to microcenter at $449.99. 

When the employee was unable to help me I asked to speak with a manager regarding a price match to microcenter which is within driving distance and I had a receipt for a purchase and a physical circular in hand.   Andre comes over in a condescending manner and asks the employees where the pitbull is then he proceeded to lie about why he cant price match Below our cost

they were seling the ipad2 at the same price a week ago.  I find it hard to believe that BB works with less than 10% gross margins given how big their stores are. In any case they sold for $449 within the last week.    We only price match if we want to We only price match to the immediate area I asked him to

show me on the price match statement which he couldnt.   Then he pulls a 10 mile price match area out of the air,  I asked if I could see where it was stated in the extended price match policy which he wouldnt show me.

Then he proceeds to threaten me to throw me out of the store.   AVOID BESTBUY AT ALL COSTS, they know nothing about customer service or even common courtesy or respect for their customers.
