I WAS IN A MARKET LOOKING FOR A PHONE BUT WHEN I WAS LOOKING OR SOMEONE IN THE PHONE GUESS WHAT NO ONE WAS THERE AND I WHEN TO THE NEXT DEPT AND THE GUY SAY THAT THE PERSON LEFT !!!!!

- HUH 1> YOU HAVE LIKE NO SALEPERSON IN THIS SECTION I COULD NOT BLEAVE IT I SHOP ATBESTBUY BUT IS WAS MY LAST AND FINAL TIME I WHEN TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAIT FR 5 TO 10 MIN TO SEE A MANAGER AND I ASK HER ABOUT CORELESS AND SHE SAY THAT " SOMEONE WILL BE HERE RIGHT WITH YOU " AND SO I WAITED AND WAITED NOBODY CAME AND I HAVE ANOTHER BAD DAY WITH ANOTHER STORE " HOME DEPOT " I FELT LIKE REALLY UPSET AND I ASK AROUNDIN DIFFERENCE DEPARTMET TO HELP ME SO IS WAS IN MY OWNER I BOUGHT A UNIDEN 900MHZ PHONE AND PARTS 2 OF MY FAILM IS COMING UP AFTER I BOUGHT MY b***h-a*s OF A SISTER PUT IT TOGETHER AND TOSS THE BOX AND AFTER A OVER NIGHT CHARGE THERE WAS STATIC AND WE WAS LOOKING FOR THE BOX AND MY F'N RETART SISTER TOLD THE WHOLD WORLD THAT SHE TOSS THE BOX I WAS SO BURN AND I DESIDED TO CALL BESTBUY AND EXPLAIN AN SHE SAID THAT WERE SORRY WE NEED THE BOX AND I WAS EXPLAINING TO GIVE THE EXTACT SAME MODEL OUT OF BOX AND SHE SAI NO AND TO CALL UNIDEO AND AFTER 2 OR MORE ATTEMP WE FINALY GOT THREW AND THEY TOLE ME TO MAIL IT AND AFTER 4 MORE WEEK AND WE ASSUME IS WAS REPAIR BUT IS AS NOT MY MOM WAS SO PISS AND SHE ON THE PHONE TO UNIDEN FOR 2HRS THAT IS PURELY CRAZY AND TOTALY UNACCEPABLE

Hey Mr Anonymous I think oyu need a retail lesson. Its Best Buys just like any other stores job to help customers. As a former employee I understand that there are different departments in the store, so when someone asked me for help I wasnt always able to go. However I would always get them a salesperson. And yes it is true that they are non-comission but if you are buying a computer and you try to take just the computer and nothing else with it. You will see just how "non-comission" they really are. Some of the salespeople there can be compared with animals. My advice to anyone looking to buy any electronics, do it at a place that does not sell service plans. You will get better customer service each and every time.

Harold, one thing you have to realize is that Best Buy is a non-commission store. Which means that when you walk into that door yor not going to be attacked with people who are only interested in your money. I'm sorry if there is a law that requires employees to take lunches, but there is and you have to deal with it. If you want to be haggled, trust me, you can find a store that will.
