Granted you were upset with the outcome of your experience, you have to understand why it is done. If Best Buy did not put a limit on the amount of money that they will give back in cash, they would be held responsible for giving ANY cash refund in ANY amount. The reality of it is that YOUR money was sent the bank the night that you spent it and now it sits in a business account. Would you be more disappointed if they had promised you a cash refund and you found out that you could not get a cash refund because too many people had received cash refunds before you that day? The cash tills at Best Buy are not banked with that much money and therefore cannot give returns over $250. And as far as the services, it was work that was done. If you worked a few hours at work and someone decided they needed the money more than you did, would you allow them to return the services that you completed? Remember that their are two sides to every story.
