Unbelivable I found posts back to 2004 on this company.  My Experience has been horrible. 



1. order tv adverstised as bundle with xbox Guaranteed shipping for xmas



2. they debit my account $776.49 on 12-10-2009 day I order as store is out of stock



3. receive confirmation. receive message for delivery 12-15, 12-18 and 12-22 aftere multiple complaint emails and phone calls into the black abyss.



4. Finally I am told the truth. From the warehouse.  This item is out of stock and discontinued.  AMAZING 



Question:? How in the hell do you take my money and keep telling me it is on the way, so I schedule time at home waiting for my 42 inch plasma tv they advertised? 



Amazing to me.  No one seems to know what goes on at this company store blames online and online blames store.  Managers are rude and don't care.  I think this company is a complete rip off. 



12-22-2009  Still can't reach a human on phone.  I am told via email up to 2 weeeks to get a refund.  Think I will ever see it?  False adverstisment, complete deceptive practices and a nightmare.  In my experience with 20 years of Managment and Customer Service....when you can't reach a human, can't get anyone at the store to tell you the online VP or who runs the show. They have something to hide.



how do you take my money for a product that is out of stock?  The store should honor this.  Yes the store has the TV oh but wait, they aren't "online"  Yes but are the same company or lead us consumers to believe.  I am so livid, no TV for Christmas and Raped of $776.49



I have only just begun.



Bait and switch. Illegal practices and bottom line they don't care. 



Ready for this?  I received an email automated mind you.  Today 12-22-09



"Please rate us"  How are you enjoying your product you received?



LOL  too funny.  They better get it together and change their practices.  Circuit City ring a bell.  I hate to see folks loose their jobs in this tought economy.



If they didn't have my MONEY which I work hard for.  I would be angry, never shop there again and tell 20 friends.



Now, I have been deceived, lied to and no one cares.  News Channel coming tomorrow to interview me. 



That is just my first step.   ANYONE out there know how to reach a Corporate office?  I tried 3 numbers got disconnection notice on one and recording on the other two in Minnesota.  Surely to god someone runs thic Company?



STAY AWAY and learn from my mistake.



Merry Christmas to you all.  except best buy.  Karma to ya.  I'll find you and I will get my money back.  Try to practice honestly or go out of business.  You are theives in my eye and 350 of my friends, blog boards and that is just on my day one.  I will keep going until some employee of this company takes responsibility.  How about.  I am so sorry,  Please we want to do right by this.  1. here is the updated model for the same price since we screwed up, lied and advertised falsely and took your Cash. 



2.  I am so sorry here is a refund. Sorry we ran your card on an out of stock item. Our bad how can we earn your business.  



Yeah right. We shall see.  But not the last of this UNHAPPY customer who is scorned and will get this resolved.  Ex employees post the phone numbers,  anyone who knows who is running the show up in the Ivory Tower.
