Dear Valued Customer, First I would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that I have caused you or your family. I feel terrible for not responding earlier and staying on top of any issues that arose that should have been handled in a professional manner. We have been having supplier problems since 2004 as we distributed products for many different manufacturers. We should have communicated better with you and for that i am very sorry we did not. We were growing so quickly we did not have the man power to take care of everything the way it should have been which is my fault i should have brought on more help. I just wanted to reply to everyone that was affected and publicy apologize for the inconvenience we caused. I wish everyone a wonderful holiday season with your family.

You have just responded more to my inquiries on this page than you have when I had been attempting to contact your company. No one returns emails nor phone calls. Tell me how I'm supposed to contact you if you don't return any of these? Hand written letter?

Sir, We do not know your name so we do not know who you are. It is sad that you call a company a rip off when they have not charged anything or have actually taken something from you. If you have an order please contact us ASAP and we will have the situation recified and a resolution will be done. If you are a competitor as most the complaints are it is sad that this the tactics you have to use to hurt a business. This is sad to any business because anyone can post anything like yourself and you have no idea who is doing it. I guess that is why this site is being sued by numerous businesses.
