The re-rescheduled delivery did occur smoothly. They took the old TV although they "didn't know" that it had been requested (was part of the service anyway.) Now, the new Plasma TV works great. No complaints. Lesson to be learned: Confirm everything in writing if you can (and plan secondary back-up dates in case)

Well, another update. We complained and the 'manager' said that they would deliver today, Dec 1st. It's zero hour plus 3-1/2 hours. Magnolia (the people responsible for delivering) now says it knows nothing about any order or delivery. We called Best Buy again. Now, the Store Manager will personally deliver! Within 30minutes, he called back to say no-one can deliver.
