IF your planning on repairing a sea wall or buying a boat dock in Pinellas, Florida, Indian Rocks Beach, Bellair, Largo, Redington, Indian Shores, St. Pete, watch out for a couple of brothers name Kirby and Jay Bowers. They do business under a couple few names one of which is Best Boat Dock and Sea Wall.
They took us on a 12 month roller coaster ride, making false promises, performing unsafe work. The result was a collapsed boat lift on an unfit boat dock. The problem is they have no money and you can't sue them for anything as they are already defending three other law suits.
And, they continue to sign up new suckers. They get your deposit and then drag out the shotty work. BOAT DOCK BEWARE!!!
