DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them!
They are very aggressive with their marketing ads on line with great pictures of clothing and accessories but they are dishonest and provide poor service.
First order I made Aug 3rd 2018. It took 20days to arrive. After receiving the item, I reported it on same day via email that workmanship was poor and I wanted their address to return item. Zipper on blouse was sewn crooked and so was the sleeve. Large size was more like a small.
Got a reply that there's no point of returning item due to shipping cost. I should give it as a gift or keep it and no refund will be sent. Now, why would I do that?
Fortunately, I paid items through PAYPAL who guarantees purchases. $33.03 was paid. Paypal wrote me that Berrylook offered $7US refund. Boy, they must think I am not with it!
A second order which I made Aug 9th 2018 which I wouldn't have, had I known this was the kind of service I'd be getting... 3 weeks into placing the order, I didn't get any products and they had not even shipped items. Their excuse was they were too busy with back orders. I told them to cancel it and return a full refund US$74.89 as they were gifts and I won't get it in time for my trip.
a) They had 10days to respond and all they did was send me a reply to be patient and they will give me a coupon of US $10 for next purchase.
b) They told me to close the PAYPAL complain and they will refund my money. I called Paypal and the CSR said it was good I called them first because had I closed the complain file it would be in the favor of the seller and they could still not refund my money. So 10days has passed after 3-4 emails of going back and forth with the seller, to refund money for no product received.
Paypal will automatically refund me and debit the sellers' account.
Still dealing with first order $33.03 for a full refund... A hassle as I am getting ready for my trip... DO YOURSELF a Favor - DON"T do biz with this Chinese company.
