Dear JOSEPH V DIGIROLAMO:
I Peter Sauers request to be waived from the fees of the Zoning Hearing Board. These issues have been ongoing so long and my expenses have been enough.
Waivers have been given by Bensalem Township Council to others, but after Mr. Goldberg advised Council on May 13 1996, I feel they could be bias. Acknowledgement of Mistake of fact on 2/15/96 would have been corrected, there would be no need for the Zoning Hearing Board.
PLEASE GIVE PROMPT ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER THANK YOU.
