Big ads all over 1 month free DSL service, free modem. free activation and only $40* month. They dont mention that there is a $150 professional installation fee.

You should have seen the installer--well lets leave him out and just talk about his girlfriend that comes with him. He works in one room and she sits (sprawls) herself in the bedroom doing who knows what while we are in the livingroom.

I call to complain about the $150 charge and due to heavy calling I am on hold 15 minutes so far. It is like running an ad FREE COMPUTERS but not mentioning you have to pay $500 acquistion fee. I thought they had laws against this type of advertising.
