On contact from Beezid over a 40 day period I put quite a sum of money into the site for its penny auctions. I was able to win some and flipped them for resale on the site. I got paid early on a small amount, but then the cash flow stopped and I am more or less blocked from the site.
My representative was named Stacey and I was told she quit. My new representative was named Amanda and she said she would be in contact. This never happened. Nor do they answer support calls.
I suspect they have my phone numers blocked where I just go on the perpetual hold. Basically they misrepresented the health of the company (perhaps), and they do not pay when you win and flip. I continue to try to reach them, but stay on hold for over 30 minutes. They owe me money and an explanation of the situation.
I used MasterCard, PayPal, and VISA cards for directed (by Stacey) for online purchases while she was on the phone.
