Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I made the mistake of signing up with Beezid in a hurry and did not look at the the TOS. Actually after this whle thing I looked at the TOS and thereis nothing in there about a $70 charge. So this is what happened.

So like I said I signed up with the website when I was in a hurry, but I did not see anything in there about a $70 charge. I called the number on the website right away after I saw the charge and was told that he was not in the customer service dept and that someone would call me back shortly (lie #1). After an hour of waiting I called them back.

The first customer service person refused to grant me a refund, so I asked for a supervisor. Benji (probably not his real name) picked up the line and I explained the situation to him, but again he refused to give me a refund. I explained that I called as soon as I realized I had made the mistake and it's not like I waited days. He still refused to give me a refund. He said he was not authorized to give any refunds. (lie #2) We all know that supervisor are allowed to give refunds.

After arguing with this dude for a while he offered me a online credit which I explained that I didn't want all I wanted was my money back. I asked for his supervisor, but he said that he could send his supervisor a message right now and get a answer back in mins that wuill be the same one he's giving me.. No refund! I was also told "Now Kelli, you wouldn't want me to lose my job over $70." That is such a load of crap! (lie #3)

I was also reminded by Benji that the $70 charge is part of the TOS.I went back and looked at the TOS there is NOTHING in the TOS about a $70 charge to your account. (lie #4)

Benji then offered to add 100-200 more credits to my account. Again I agrgued with him about the refund. He still refused, so I relented and took the credits. He tried to explain the process of bidding to me, but I got frustrated and told him I was done.

I then called my bank and put in a claim for the $70 charge and closed that account. It's hard waiting for a new card to come, but it is totally worth it. They will not not be able to make any further charges to my account.
