I ordered a product from BeautyCo through Deal Chicken. The product was ordered and paid for on 9/24/13. When I hadn't recieved the product, or a tracking number by mid October I sent several emails which were unanswered. I called and was assured by Cindy that my product would be sent out and I would recieve it the following week.
Next week, no package. So I called and again spoke with Cindy. She said that I could call her back the next day and would recieve a tracking number. I called the next day and Cindy was not in. Next week, no package. This puts us at Veterans Day. I called again and the person I spoke with said that the person in charge of tracking numbers was not in because "you know, it's that day...some sort of holiday." As the mother of a vetran this infuriated me, and set me on a mission.
I called the next day hoping that since it was no longer "some sort of holiday", I would be able to track down someone with an answer. Noone in who dealt with tracking numbers or Deal Chicken items. So I asked to speak with the manager. After holding for 13 minutes I was told that Nitasha was in a meeting and that she would call me back. I waited, for a day and a half and called again. Nitasha was once again unavailable and would call me back.
No call again. So I called to see if maybe someone could help me. "Yes mam, that product was back ordered and are being sent out tomorrow."
It is now December 5. I still do not have a product. I have not spoken with Nitasha, and have had no luck in getting a phone call returned. If you ever are going to order from Deal Chicken, and the product is distrubted by BeautyCo. Do not order. This is the most imcompetent bunch of fools I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
