Beach-Lin Hand Car Wash Broke my Weather-Tech Side Window Deflectors off my car Anaheim, California
Been doing business with this car wash in excess of 30 years. Had 1 problem regarding spots redid car to my satisfaction. Had my car washed today and they broke the wind deflectors on the window. These are custom Weather-Tech guards not the Pep Boys glue on type. When I got in the car the deflector was in the backseat broken. I tried to report this to the General manager, he told me that the blower had broken it and he was not responsible. These deflectors are $100.00 per pair and I only asked for him to refund of the $30.00 I paid for the car wash. The GM refused and called Anaheim PD on me for interfering with his business since I would not leave because I felt I should have received a refund at least. But as the current trends are showing with the comment posted since the 1st of this year, it is under new management and they are not members of the BBB.
