BCR Property Management RIPOFF, DISHONEST, FRAUDULENT BILLING! Radford Virginia
BCR property management is suing my former roomates and myself for damages done to a rental 5 years after we moved out.
They claimed that they painted the house before we moved in but a couple of the same roomates lived there a year before and they claim there was no painting done. The place was a disaster area when we moved in and we left the place in better shape then it was. They kept our security deposit which was a ripoff in itself but now they are suing us for more money.
They are just taking advantage that they rent to college kids and figure that after 5 years the people have moved away and will just pay for the damages since they do not have time to attend court. This is a terrible place to rent from and i urge anyone looking to attend Radford University to look at (competitor's name deleted) before you try to rent from BCR!
