Complaint Review: Baskin Robbins/dunkin Donuts - Orlando Florida

baskin robbins/dunkin donuts is a nightmare of a place to attempt to get things from...espeically something as simple as a bagel. I stopped goign there but unfortunately the times I do have to go there I will encounter nothing but lies and hell just to get something as simple as a bagel. the nightshift, any shift is generally fullof brainless braindead incompetent idiots jerks and losers working there....total rotten scumbags.

go to any DD/BR and you will find these rejects working there...I don't think they graduated grade school they are so utterly stupid rude pathetic.... I went to dd/br to order one single bagel...I asked if they had fresh bagels...they said no and that it would be 20 mins before they would get bagels. I asked how old their older ones were and the psycho arab twits claimed they were made at 5 pm. they told me...20 mins...20 mins we'll have fresh bagels.... they 'assured' me it was 20 mins...

another low life got on the intercome to say "you're the person that orders a blueberry bagel" in a raspy rude nasty voice almost mockign you... no for some reason tehse low lifes literally were not going to serve me a bagel...and were going to mess with me lie to me since I wanted a bagel and was in the area I went back after 20 mins..and believed their lies.. only to hear that...

oh they'll have fresh bagels in 25 mins....knowing that this is fast food slime people working there...you 'know' they will either try to mess with you or lie to you 'especially' if you are an attractive female or a female...the people working at these places are garbage low lifes....they have nothing better to do than mess with 'pretty females' who they are so jealous of seemingly...and have to play petty games lie to them harass them or just refuse to serve them....

and i know because this happens to me in particular at many places i go to-- difficulty in purchasing simple items or food items due to the insane freaks that work there... they were really rude as i pulled up the arab low life at the window after being rude took an old bagel and showed it to me...so i asked him to toast it....he said they had to 'heat up the oven' and the bagels weren't ready...

they have done this in the past and literally lied about there being no bagels when there were bagels there... all this over a damned bagel? how can this even occur.... I literally just asked for a raw bagel and said I would cook it at my house....because I know they will keep lying abotu the times or when they'll be ready-- yes these are the lengths you have to go through when dealing with incompetent liars and psychotic employees at meager establishments like these....who for some reason just get off on 'pissing off refusing to serve or lying to customers'...

I asked the guy if he was going to charge me for a stale bagel and a raw bagel--he said....yes sure...im responsible for it...the only reason I paid the creep is because then he could easily call me a thief....after being ripped off and screwed over as a customer...I called him back to scold him for what he and those jerks did....because I do know they did it intentionally have done it in the past and people that work at dunkin donuts ro many food establishments seem to be mental or just sick people that want to screw customers over....

they waste people's time by lying to them...about timings...and i can guarantee they most likely had the bagels made but just didn't want to serve them.... how i know this....some idiot got on the intercom sayign "youre the person that orders this bagel"....they've also been rude in the past on the phone....and lied about there being no bagels when there were....the guy never apologized once...

he just sat there....because it seems for thsee nutcases they get off on 'pissing women off' because it probably turns them on....they are sick people...im so upset because all for a silly 'bagel' i have to end up going through literal hell, lies etc..fighting/arguing wasting time... .because employees at these horror establishments will just want to lie to you make things up---they seem to want to screw you over to get reactions out of you---why they do this i have no clue....

the guy didn't apologize because they could care less....and probably told the wrong time intentionally... what kind of ridiculous society is this that people or customers have to go through this over something like bread...and are not served items because the lunatics working there will lie to them or play games....i told the guy I would talk to his manager... he just didn't care...im like what kind of humans are these that they can get away with doing this to people....

I personally dread going to any restaurant or establishment because there aren't robots or intelligent beings working there....there are just these lying deranged animals and freaks...who seem to just want to mess with people or lie to them... the manager of course will do nothing and won't care....and the same incompetent sh*theads will be working there...the very next day screwing people over...its not fair that people have to go through this and these jerks get away with doing this ....

where is any form of justice when it comes to food service and serving customers....how can these jerks get away with causing so much trouble and difficulty for customers they are jealous of or just mean to for no reason....it is not fair for those of us who are mistreated by these devils that work at these places....who feel they have no problem getting away with doing this to anyone they want to do it to
