This company advertises that they give great rewards for using their credit card. I have consistently had over 10,000 in rewards points. I began calling to use the points in the beginning of August. You are supposed to be able to use points towards qualifying purchases which are purchases over $25. The internet would never allow me to apply points. I called.
The representatives I spoke with always had to call me back because either their computers were down or they had to speak to a supervisor. They said they opened a case around 8/15/2012 for me. No one ever called or emailed me. Now when I log on all my points are gone and I have the same problem all over again. They are bringing people in with the promise of their rewards and then not allowing you to use them. They then will try to claim they expired but they caused them to expire by never allowing you to use the.
