Bank of America Countrywide Home Loans Preditory loan Similar Valley California
Our home was financed through Countrywide Home Loans. In 2010, Bank of American took over our loan with no knowledge to us. We did not receive any letters or phone calls about this transfer. Through Countrywide we had a fixed FHA Loan, when Bank of America took over our loan we all of a sudden we had a balloon payment that went from 750.00$ to over a thousand dollars a month, and kept increasing to the point we had to file bankruptcy on our house. Now we are being forced from our home. Something should be done.! Not only has Bank of America ruined our credit, but we're being evicted from the home we raised our children. Is their any help out there?
