Judith, Bank of America offers FREE online banking, and FREE email alerts for when your payment is due, and when deposits are posted, etc. You pick your alerts. Bank of America does not want to offer teaser rates that were offered by other banks. They are not profitable. And, just because you did not recieve something, does not mean that it was not sent. Mail does occasionally get lost or misdelivered. I get other people's mail in my mailbox frequently, so I'm sure someone else is getting some of mine. It happens. You accused them of intentionally not sending the bill. Do you have proof of their intentions? Just wait for another teaser rate offer and switch your balance to another company and leave BofA.
