Bank of America auto lease bad business
I had a auto lease with Bank of America for three years it ended in November of 1999. It is now the middle of February and I am still waiting for my security deposit. They had told me it would take 6-8 weeks for me to recieve it.
After numerous calls and being told to call all different numbers I am still waiting with out any help from them. I have even been told that they would call me back and they never have.
Then when i call back there is a recording saying to call a different number, when i call that number there is another recording telling me to leave all info on viecle you are calling about and someone will get back to you. THEY NEVER DO.
