Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Every year for the last 5 years Bank of America has tried to force me into default if I come close to 3 months late by not accepting mortgage payments or putting payments into and escrow account and not applying towards loans. They tack on a $550 charge that no one can explain (surreptitious loan re-mod fee). This year they got more creative and sent charged me flood insurance retroactively, increased my monthly payment by 2 1/2 times and would not allow me to make payments since September 2012 unless I paid the inflated minimum payment which I could not afford. I used up my monthly cell phone plan over the last 3 months until I could finally get an answer as to why my monthly minimum payment increased to almost 3 times the amount. They would not allow me to pay online, by phone or in person unless I paid the inflated amount. Now they tell me I owe them almost $3000. My mortgage payment is is only a little over $200 per month.
I contacted Flood Zone Correction and found out what I already knew. My address was declared to NOT be in a Flood zone (by FEMA) since 2004.
In the meantime they have been sending me 2 Fed Ex Overnight letters for 3 months almost daily with paid return overnight Fed Ex Envelopes.
They try to throw me into a loan re modification every September and either wont accept payment or withhold it in escrow.
I am sure there are hundred of thousands like me and I don't understand why they have not been stopped form these egregious practices.
Today I got my maps and letter from Flood Zone Correction. They have not accepted a payment from me since September. Why isn't anyone doing anything about this? If they are doing this to me. They are doing it to many others.

Since the bankers are ultimately in control of the U.S. government, Wall Street, and even the price of oil, they can do just about whatever they want. That is why people like yourself will not be protected by the government. Do you understand?

The Central Bankers, and the bankers, are basically operating a giant Ponzi scheme in the USA, which relies heavily on people paying their mortgages and other payments that end up going to the banks. The giant Ponzi scheme is in desperate need of money. The bankers are obviously doing everything they can to generate revenue, but it isn't enough and time is running out.

Meanwhile back in Washington D.C., our politicians are trying to figure out how they can prevent the U.S. government from going over the fiscal cliff. There really aren't any options that will prevent the entire system from collapsing in the near future if the government is going to be kept at its current size. The giant Ponzi scheme is about to go bust, in my opinion.

A massive cut in government spending is what's necessary. Huge cuts to the Defense Department is a must. The U.S government needs to shrink by at least 50%, even if it means losing millions of government jobs. The U.S. government is the problem in America. It is too big! And it has failed the American people.

The banking system needs to be cut by at least 80%. The publicly held banks in America are one of the biggest problems, along with a dysfunctional government. Our 'system' is stressing millions upon millions of people all over this country. It is time that the government is cut down to a manageable size that will work 'for' the American people, not 'for' the Central Bankers and the Wall Street gang.

(Keep in mind that everything stated above is an opinion.)

Feel free to type in 271454 at this site and read what was stated in 'Consumer Comment #1' at Ripoff Report #271454. On September 3, 2007, what was stated in that consumer comment was also an opinion. One year later, in September of 2008, it became a fact.

Finally, make sure to 'Google' the following ten videos and documentaries and watch them on the web for proof that the bankers are ultimately in control of our government, Wall Street, and even the price of oil-
