Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

A couple of years ago my wife and I were relocated to Fl. from Indianapolis for employment. We owned a home in Marion County we succesfully sold and closed on it on 01-06-2010. We just recently recieved notification of a law suite filed on 4-22-2010 for Foreclosure on the home we already sold. Apparently the mortgage company never released the mortgage after being paid, I have detailed documented proof the mortgage company recieved wired funds from the closing. We found this out when I had been turned down on several employment opportunities, with no explaination so I initiated a background check on the both us and found our credit had taken a terrible decline, due to mortgage payments not being paid for several months. I am having a difficult time in getting this resolved, I have sent emails followed by documentation to the mortgage company, all 3 credit bureaus, even an attny firm, to my dismay I have had no response with the exception of attorney's demanding payment to take the case on. I have been out of work for 30 months and we have exhausted our nest egg. and squeeking by, we don't have the funds to retain an attorney. I know you can't give legal advise, but there is a lot at stake here including the unknowingly poor people who bought our home and reside there. They could be affected as well. What do we do??

Please give us an update to your Ripoff Report when you have time.

You can also stay at this website and type in- MOYNIHAN CEO SHAME, and that will take you to Ripoff Report #555030 where you can read how a woman was apparently defrauded out of $69,000.00 by a licensed Attorney and a Real Estate Agent.

the related articles on the web, correct?

WAKE-UP, America!!! The government (most of it) is obviously being controlled by the banks and their lobbyists, wouldn't you NOW agree?

All of the 'bail-out' money (TARP money) that went into the banks & other corporations that were failing was TAXPAYER'S money, right?

*Take a look at just some of these companies that would have FAILED if they hadn't received TAXPAYER'S money-

Bank of America
Goldman Sachs
Morgan Stanley
Citigroup
JP Morgan Chase
Wells Fargo
AIG
GM
Chrysler
Fannie Mae
Freddie Mac
Lehman (gone)
Bear Stearns (gone)
Countrywide (owned by BOA)
Merrill Lynch (owned by BOA)

Question 1: Aren't the following companies, Lehman, JP Morgan, & Morgan Stanley, named in 'Chart 1' when you 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED?, and go to that site and read the chart of ownership?

Question 2: Isn't GM & Chrysler named in one of the related charts at that site?

*Has anyone ever 'Googled' this- PONZI SCHEME, and gone to the Wikipedia site and read about how a Ponzi scheme works?

WELCOME TO AMERICA- ONE MASSIVE PONZI SCHEME, USING THE TAXPAYER'S MONEY TO KEEP IT GOING SO ALL THE 'BIG-SHOTS' CAN LIVE IN LUXURY

Thank You

On the 11th you said  in part "he immediately investigated it and found we were 100% correct and discussed how they would make it right,"

Good, After they fix demand that they file a correction on your credit reports.

That wont fix the jobs you applied for and if you were not hired because of your credit report or if someone more qualified also applied.

For credit cards, thank Obama and his friends for that.  He gave the CC companies a years warning, they all raised rates and dropped limits on everyone before the new laws kicked in.

My husband and I have excellent credit ratings in the high 700s. I don't mind the cards dropping the available credit.  Or even CC companies closing unused accounts. What bugs me is the interest rate increase. We have received letters from cards we forgot we had saying our new intrest rate is 29.99%

Stupid cards, with three alone we could have charged $60,000, more than we earn in a year.  I don't mind the cards dropping the available credit.  What bugs me is the interest rate increase. We were sent letters for cards we forgot having saying our interest was raised to 29.99%.

Thank you for your remarks and sggestions, however after getting in touch with an Executive in the Mortgage holder's Corprate offices today, and explained in detail our situation, he immediatley investigated it and found we were 100% correct and discussed how they would make it right, but as I explained to him, the damage has been done and we are in a financial/credit whirlwind. I am an unemployed Executive  and have interviewd for several companies and positions, only to find I was turned down without reason, while our credit cards are bieng denied and cut off with the limits reduced to nothing, and that is only the half of it.  That prompted me to do a background check on my wife and I. and the rest is history. I have filed disputes with all 3 credit bureaus and recieved 1 responce from a credit bureau agency stating thier investigation was completed and the credit grantor varified the accuracy. So you can see my confusion and disgust. We want this nightmare over.

Ripoff Report #555030, entitled- "Rip Off Report Bank of America Brian Moynihan CEO Shame Charlotte North Carolina", which was posted by Frank.

It's about a woman who was SCAMMED out of $69,000.00 when her house was sold. It looks as though her real estate agent, or possibly an attorney involved in the transaction, may have FORGED her name and cashed the $69,000.00 check that was supposed to go to her.

I believe it appears around 1/20/2010, right here at the Bank of America page. (Keep scrolling back until you find it and read it.)

*Maybe something like this also happened to you, right?

Stop emailing and get on the phone.

If you succesfully closed on Jan 6, 2010, call the title company that was at the closing and see if they properly changed the title. If all is well there they cant foreclose on a house you don't own.

Armed with your old Property Tax bill info, call Marion County Assessors office and find out who's name is still on the property tax bill.  They might not tell you a name but if you tell them your name, they will say yes or no.

BUT, sold Jan 6, law suit started 4-22.  At the closing were you given a check?  Did you use that check to pay off the mortgage on that house?

If not, you can't just walk away with the check and think the mortgage debt is just going to go away because you sold the home.  You were suppose to use that check to pay off the mortgage.
