When I joined Bally Total Fitness they said I could cancel at any time and they rushed me into signing and never explained to me all the details.
After 1 month I had to move and called them to cancel explaining to them what the sales rep told me and they laughed and said no you have to pay the whole contract. After many calls they turned it over to collection and destroyed me credit.
NEVER TRUST A SCAM COMPANY LIKE Bally Total Fitness. To ME THEY ARE THE KINGS OF RIP-OFFS.
I PROPOSE ALL OTHERS LIKE ME JOIN IN A CIVEL ACTION SUITE AND MAKE THEM PAY FOR ALL THEIR WRONG DOING!
