bally total fitness they do not gave any info about the transfer my lifetime memebership to lafitness and never answer my phone calls anymore rockville Maryland
bally customer service send me a letter telling me that my lifetime membership was transferred to la fitness but when i went to lafitness they told me that they do not have any information about my membership and send me back to talk to bally,and bally said that they no lnger have access to my membership and for futher questions regarding my membership or service related items contact lafitness.
so, they both bally and lafitness are playing with me, and still do not have any resolution
