First of all they blow up our text that we won. So after 2 mnths of texts we called. We won alright!!! We won no CHRISTMAS! NO GROCERIES! NO BILLS TO PAY!

my gut ate at me all night hoping and praying I did the right thing since there is no time to research. Well as soon as I started into my research TERROR!! I just depleated my bank account for a SCAM!
When I called customer relations to talk o them about my concerns, i was transefered numerous times and disconnected 3 times. So I called again to cancel. I was told I had a number of days to do so. I called within the time to cancel, same thing. Disconnected deuring transfere, transfered to full mail box etc.
The promotionsd manager Martin Brown gave me his edirect number so I called him. The very RUDE person that answered chewed my a*s for not calling customer relations. Then she didn't want to listen to me and got Martin. I explained all that I have learned and my fear of the scam. He said I tried to give you a good deal! If you choose to cancel then cancel! Then he says he'll notate it! Notate it!!?? At which point he hung up on me. He did nothing to settle my mind that this wasn't a scam, he was short and rude, and the fact he hung up on me tells me this is in no way a professional company! I hope these loosers that enjoy ruining peoplesd lives get it right back. I will have no Christmas! I will not have any gifts for the young ones or food for myself, my husband or our cat! HOW STUPID AM I!
So with the hang up I called Chase bank and they caneled my card and are starting a fraud investigation against them. Chase is wonderful like that! It was for our 20 yr wedding anniversary and we thought we deserved it for reaching such a milestone in todays world!
I am sick to my stomache that these people convinced me! I hope each and every one of them have the most awful holiday they have ever had in their life!! I hope they have no presents for their children! I hope they have no food on their table! maybe they may consider a change in professions!!!!
