He said he would complete the work within one month. It's been well over a month now and he has not even started. In fact, he is not answering his phone at all. Owner of Azurite Pool & Patio Experts, Mark Hetzel, got a deposit check of $8900.00 from me on 12/3/2017 for the repair and upgrade of the back yard deck and swimming pool. He cashed the check right away and disappeared. He promised that the work would be done by the end of the year. As of today, 1/8/2018, he has not started and is nowhere to be found. He has not answered or returned my phone calls.
