Do you remember who you talked to at the San Jose BBB? If they told you there were no complaints, then they never even looked. AY's report must come close to some sort of record number of complaints, at 188 in the last three years. Midwest Relocation is part of the Chicago BBB, since they're in Skokie, IL. Which company actually moved you, AY or Midwest? What did the trucks look like? If Midwest moved you, then it was illegal, they don't have an interstate license. You should send your claim directly to the insurance company, the contact info has been listed in some other reports.
