Ay Trasport - Midwest Relocation - National Moving Network ripoff San Jose California
Ay Trasport, Midwest Relocation & National Moving Network Devastating Experience.
This move was to be our dream come true. Now I can Hardly unpack a box with out feeling completely taken advantage of.
National Moving looked like a good company. I got there number from Relator.com. Called them and they sounded like they would provide good service at a realistic Price. 6,000.00 to move us from the Chicago are to St.Pete. They arrived one day early with
a truck that was to small and We were told another one was on the way. It never came. They stapped our new Sterns and Foster bed on the back and left. Then we waited to hear from them. We decided to call. Rosemary informed us that our load was over the
weight.
Allied & Crown relocation had physically walked through the house and they both agreed with the weight. Now they had our stuff. We were informed to send a personal check for the additional fee. Now we are at 9,700.00. We thougth at that price we would get some service.
Three days late in bringing us our stuff and the damage begins. The first off the truck was our nearly new Chair and Ottoman. Filled with Oil from my husbands power washer.They put it in Upside down in the chair. The damage was endless. Shattred wood furniture, Broken artwork,Bent metal power tools.
We will file a complant and see if they give any better service. I Doubt it .
Thanks for eveyones information about this company. It was very helpful. Unfortunately I found you to late. I did call the BBB in San Jose and was told there were no complaints with them for AY or Midwest. Please contact them and file a complaint.

Do you remember who you talked to at the San Jose BBB? If they told you there were no complaints, then they never even looked. AY's report must come close to some sort of record number of complaints, at 188 in the last three years. Midwest Relocation is part of the Chicago BBB, since they're in Skokie, IL. Which company actually moved you, AY or Midwest? What did the trucks look like? If Midwest moved you, then it was illegal, they don't have an interstate license. You should send your claim directly to the insurance company, the contact info has been listed in some other reports.
