I ordered Voip phone service. They charged my card $32. They mailed a phone modem. It doesn't work. Their website has a place for live chat, but it doesn't actully work. They have four email addresses, but nobody responds. They have service tickets you can place, but nobody responds. They have a Money Back Guarantee posted on their site, but no way to actually get a refund. They have no physical address listed, no phone number, no fax number, no license with the State of NY. They don't respond to anything and have no way for anyone to contact them. Total Scam.
