Avon does have 100% guarantee. They make it easy for Independent Representatives to return/get credit for items if a customer is not satisfied. I find it difficult to believe that Avon would not refund you fully for products. They've been in business for over 100 years & customer satisfaction is extremely important to them. So, my question is, did you order from Avon directly, or did you order through a representative? Are you or were you a representative yourself, when you experienced this problem? If you ordered online, you may not have been refunded any shipping charges. What is the full story behind your dissatisfaction? If you offer more details, perhaps I can be of help. I'm an independent rep., not an employee of Avon.

Avon's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is Solid!

Avon has a solid guarantee on every product they sell: "If you aren't happy, we're not. Just return your purchase for a full refund or exchange." This is printed inside the front cover of every brochure. I am an Independent Avon Sales Representative in Texas. I have been with Avon since 1998. I am an Honor Society Member, a Certified Unit Leader with around 50 Avon Representatives that I have personally appointed into my unit, and the Assistant District Manager. There are two ways to address your situation, depending on whether you were a customer or a representative: If you are a customer and have an item to return, your Avon Representative is obligated to take care of it for you. It doesn't matter the reason or time frame, Avon will honor your return. In the case of consistent returns or obvious abuse of the lenient return policy, as a Representative, I would refer you to Avon Corporate Headquarters at 1-800-FOR-AVON. If you are a Representative, there are proper steps to take to get your returns processed. It does take time to do so, and there could have been products overlooked when they were processed. Your District Manager can resolve this with a Situation Report. Again, as a Representative, if you have been over-utilizing the return system, you may encounter skepticism and lack of support from your DM. If you have been honest in your endeavors, the problem is a simple one. Avon is an honest company and does have a great Guarantee of Satisfaction. The problems occur when another representative does not want to bother with returns, or the person, whether they be a customer or representative, has been suspected of abuse of the return policy .
