A.V.I. Data Processing Center, Nationwide Collection Services ripoff business from hell ,consumer fraud ripoff, fraudulent ripoff business, victimized many consumers Highland California
In April 2002, I answered an ad in the Gazette for Data Entry Home Workers. They claimed that they were expanding their in-house data entry division and it would be less costly for them if they had workers to perform the data entry from home. The cost of the program was $175.00 plus $5.00 shipping which was a refundable deposite for the supplies, software and materials and to assure them of your legitimate interest and commitment in wanting the opportunity. I sent the money order and waited.
I received the material in May. This is a Judgement Recovery Program That is NOT explained to you until you pay your money.All I got was a disk, and a booklet telling me I had to go to the court houses an get my own list of clients. But if you read the website it says Why we need data entry home workers and explains how you will be paid and the only demands are accuracy, and that you complete the work within the agreed upon time.
They are liars. In May I suffered a Stroke and sent a letter to Sue Davis-Home Based Program Coorinator and(Linda Williams- Who never responded back), explaining my situation and requested a refund. But because I was not able to go out and work 50 cases she refused to refund my money and she listed me as a Voluntary Self Terminator. This company is a Major Rip-off. If anyone knows how I can get my money back please advise. $180.00 can buy alot of perscriptions when you can't work. I am not the only person this has happened to. I am hoping there is an easier way but if not I will support him as I got burned BAD.
